Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge. Requirements: A Completed Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care. (ACECQA approved) Current First Aid and CPR certification. Working with Children Check (or equivalent). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
